Manage subscription

Use this page to add payment details, change the billing cadence, or increase the number of paid seats on a Cloud tenant.

Open Manage Subscription

1. Sign in with an administrator account.
2. Go to Administration → License → Manage Subscription.
3. Complete the payment workflow in Stripe.

Billing options

• Monthly vs. annual — annual billing saves 10%. Switching between cadences is available after payment details have been added. In Stripe, choose Update subscription and select the new billing period.
• Paid seats — increase the seat count at any time from the same Stripe workflow.

Billing deadlines

Cloud tenant availability is tied to payment state. Key deadlines to keep in mind:

• Finish billing setup before the trial ends to avoid the tenant going read-only.
• If the tenant is already read-only, update payment details before it moves to suspension.
• Suspension recovery is still possible for a limited period after suspension. See Instance lifecycle and suspension.
