Permission sets
Permission sets are named collections of permissions defined at the instance level. Once created, a permission set can be assigned to a group as a custom project role, giving you control beyond the default Read, Write, and Owner levels.
Use permission sets when your organization needs repeatable access policies that match internal responsibilities more closely than the built-in roles — for example, to separate test authors from reviewers, or to allow test execution without broader project administration rights.
