Create and manage projects

Projects are the main working boundary in Allure TestOps. Choose a project model that reflects how your team plans to own test cases, launches, dashboards, and integrations.

Good project design usually means

• a clear ownership model;
• a scope that teams can actually govern;
• a stable way to group test cases and launches;
• access rules that do not require constant manual repair.

Common patterns

• One project per product when the team is small and shared workflows dominate.
• One project per service or subsystem when ownership is distributed and integrations differ.
• One project per program or product area when reporting and governance need separation.
